How long does shipping take?
Your order will be processed in 3-5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email.
Estimated delivery times:
5-10 Business days, depending on your country.
Note that we cannot be held responsible for how long it
takes your order to pass through customs.

Do you deliver worldwide?
Yes, we ship our products to customers in over 200 countries worldwide.
We have a global shipping network that ensures reliable and fast delivery to various destinations.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we will notify you by email, including a link to track your package.
Where are my instructions?
We use digital instructions! You will find them by scanning the QR code that comes in your package.

Can I change my shipping information?
If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we can update your information. Please email us at info@buildndrive.de with your order number and the new address you would like us to send your order.
Do you do custom models?
We currently do not create custom models. However, we
always value input from our community, so please feel free to reach out to us on our social media channels
(@buildndrive) or share a photo of the car you dream of building. We appreciate your feedback and ideas!
Can I cancel my order and receive a refund?
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it and receive a full refund. This time frame allows us to stop the process of making and shipping your order before it gets too far along.
How does the cancellation process work?
To cancel your order, please contact us by email or phone within 24 hours of placing your order. Include your order number and the cancellation request.
What happens if I cancel after 24 hours?
Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to cancel your order after the 24-hour period has expired, as your order is already in the production or shipping process. In this case, you can return the products to us upon receipt. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items in their original condition, we will arrange a refund.
My order hasn't been shipped yet
If your order has not been shipped yet, please be aware that we are currently experiencing a high volume of orders, which may lead to longer processing times. Rest assured that we are working diligently to get your
order shipped out as soon as possible. We appreciate
your patience during this time.
My tracking number is not working / updating
If your tracking number is not working, please note that tracking information may take a few days to update. In some cases, it might not update until the barcode is scanned by your local shipping carrier. We recommend waiting for a little while and checking back later for updated tracking details.
I can't find the instructions
We provide digital instructions that can be accessed by scanning the QR code on your package. Simply use your smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code, and you'll be directed to the digital instructions for your set.
In the event that you cannot locate the OR code or experience difficulties accessing the digital instructions, please send us an email at info@buildndrive.de
with your order number and the specific model you need instructions for. We'll be happy to assist you further and provide you with the necessary instructions.
There are missing / defective pieces on my Order
We sincerely apologize if you've encountered any issues
with missing or defective pieces in your order.
While it's uncommon, we want to ensure that you have a complete and enjoyable building experience. If you believe there are missing pieces or if you've identified any detective parts, please follow these steps:
1. Double-check your entire set.
2. If you are certain that pieces are missing or defective, please take screenshots of the instructions, and clearly mark specific pieces that are problematic or you need.
3. Send the images, along with your order number, to us at info@buildndrive.de. This will help us identify the issue more accurately and expedite the replacement process.
Rest assured, we'll investigate the matter promptly and provide you with the necessary missing or replacement pieces to ensure you can complete your build.
